Two arrested in Molotov cocktail arson
Two people have been arrested in a Molotov cocktail incident, according to the Maryland State Fire Marshal.
Netisha Black, 38, and Gregory Washington, 62, were charged with two counts of manufacture, possession and distribution of a destructive device, as well as other offenses. The two are accused of trying to detonate a Molotov cocktail next to a home in the 400 block of Jefferson Street in Salisbury.

The fire marshal said the incident happened at about 3 a.m. Feb. 12, when the homeowner found one device burning next to the foundation of his home, according to a statement issued late Wednesday afternoon. Fire investigators later determined the attack was the result of a family dispute, according to the statement.
The Salisbury Police Department assisted in this investigation.
